Belgian chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature. At this temperature, the cocoa butter softens slightly, creating a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and enhanced flavor expression.

If the chocolates feel firm, allow them to rest at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
