We offer custom designs for specific events and festivals such as Christmas, Women’s Day, company milestones, and more.

Additionally, we can personalize each box with an individual’s name and photo for an extra cost, making your gifts even more special.

Q 5: What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?

We’ve reduced our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) from 100 to just 10 boxes—without any design fees, setup fees, or fixed charges. Plus, shipping is completely free, making personalized gifting more accessible and cost-effective.

Q 6: How much time does it take to process a bulk order?

The processing time varies based on order size and customization. Generally, it takes 5-10 business days.

  • Our designers create and share the design with you via email within 24-48 hours for approval.

  • Once approved, we produce the chocolate boxes within 1-3 working days.

  • Orders are then shipped via internationally reputed couriers like DHL/FedEx/UPS/etc.

  • The total time typically ranges from 5-10 working days.

  • Larger orders (hundreds or thousands of boxes) may require a few extra days.

Q 7: Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we offer free digital designing with your customization / branding and message, giving you a clear idea of how the gift box will look. Designing is not available for retail order, they will be made and shipped as per the format shown in the product description.

For physical samples, a setup and shipping cost applies for a single box. Sample orders can be placed online.

Q 8: Do you conduct quality checks before dispatching orders?

Yes, we have a rigorous multi-step quality control process to ensure each chocolate meets our high standards. This includes taste testing, print quality checks, and packaging inspection before shipping.

Once we receive a bulk order, our team creates a detailed graphical design showcasing the chocolates, box, message, and overall presentation. This allows our customers to visualize the final product before production.

We share the graphical version with the customer for approval. Once approved, we initiate the manufacturing process to craft the customized chocolates with precision.

To ensure flawless execution, we have a rigorous quality control system that meticulously checks every detail multiple times, minimizing the chances of errors. Over the years, our process has become highly refined, making errors from our end nearly negligible.

Once the boxes are ready, we carefully pack them in damage-proof and weather-resistant packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, no matter where in the world they are being delivered.

Q 10: What is the best way to serve printed chocolates?

Allow chocolates to come to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture. Avoid direct contact with moisture.

2. CHOCOLATE RELATED QUESTIONS

Q 11: What types of chocolates do you use?

We use premium-quality dark, milk, and white chocolates sourced from Cargill Foods’ manufacturing facility in Singapore, with cocoa originating from West Africa.

For making the printed chocolates, we use a balanced blend of milk and dark chocolate—neither too bitter nor too sweet—to suit most tastes. The top layer is white chocolate, where the printing is done.

On special request, we can customize your order to include only dark or only milk chocolate.

Q 12: What is the quality of the ingredients used?

We source our raw materials from the finest global suppliers. Our chocolates come from a world-class manufacturer in Singapore, our printing material is imported from the UK, and the edible colors (for printing on chocolates) are USFDA-approved and sourced from the US.

Using these premium ingredients, we handcraft each chocolate as per the approved design, ensuring the highest quality for our clients. We have proudly worked with 2,500+ brands worldwide, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Q 13: How to store these chocolates

Keep in a Cool, Dry Place: Store chocolates under 25°C (72°F) to maintain texture.

Avoid Refrigeration: Refrigeration can cause moisture buildup and affect the chocolate’s quality. If necessary, store in an airtight container in the fridge and bring to room temperature before consuming.

Keep Away from Heat & Sunlight: Direct heat or sunlight can cause chocolates to melt or develop a whitish layer (chocolate bloom).

Avoid Strong Odors: Store chocolates away from strong-smelling foods, as they can absorb odors easily.

Q 14: Are your chocolates nut-free and allergen-free?

While we do not add nuts to our standard printed chocolates, they are produced in a facility that processes nuts and other allergens. If you have specific dietary concerns, please inform us before placing your order.

Q 15: What filling and flavors do you offer?

Printed chocolates do not come with any fillings or flavors. However, for large orders, we can offer fillings like Roasted Almonds, Fruit & Nuts, and Butterscotch upon special request.

Q 16: How do you ensure color accuracy in printed chocolates?
We use high-resolution edible ink printers on a white chocolate base for the best color representation. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of edible printing, but we ensure the closest match possible.

Q 17: What is the shelf life of Chocolates?

We recommend consuming the chocolates within three months for the best taste and quality. Each batch is freshly made after receiving your order.

Q 18: Can you emboss or engrave chocolates instead of printing on them?
Currently, we specialize in edible printing, but for large orders, we can explore embossed or molded chocolate designs upon request.

Q 19: Do you offer sugar-free or vegan chocolates?

Currently, we do not offer sugar-free or vegan options.

Q 20: Are the chocolates handmade?

Yes, all our chocolates are carefully handcrafted to ensure exceptional quality, taste, and attention to detail.

Q 21: Where do you print on the box?

We offer printing on the box top. We can also print on the inner side of the box lid at an additional cost.

Q 22: Can I request a completely custom packaging design?

Absolutely! We can create fully customized packaging, including logo printing, brand colors, and unique designs tailored to your event or campaign.

Q 23: Can I write message in language other than English:

Yes, you can! Simply provide the message in your preferred language. Since we won’t be able to verify its accuracy, we will copy and paste it exactly as provided. Please ensure all corrections are made before approving the final design.

Q 24: Can I request different designs for different chocolates in the same box?

Yes, we offer this for bulk orders, we can print different designs on individual chocolates within the same box. Just share your artwork, and we’ll prepare a design preview for approval.

Q 25: Can I provide my own design for the printed chocolates?

Yes, you can share your custom design, logo, or artwork. Our team will optimize it for chocolate printing and share a digital preview before finalizing production.

Yes! We can personalize each box with individual names or photos of the recipient. Personalization options include customizing the box, message, and even the chocolates for each recipient. Additional costs may apply depending on the level of personalization required.

Q 36: Can you include QR codes or website links on the chocolates / Box / Butter Paper?

Yes! We can print QR codes on the box and butter paper, linking to your website, digital invitation, or promotional content. However, due to the small size of the chocolate, printing a QR code directly on it is not feasible.

Q 37: Do you provide an invoice for corporate orders?

Yes, we provide proper invoicing for all corporate orders. If you need tax-specific invoices, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Q 43: How do you ensure that the chocolates are delivered in perfect condition?

We pack our chocolates in insulated, weatherproof boxes to prevent damage and maintain quality during transit. This ensures that your chocolate boxes arrive in perfect condition—always!

7. CUSTOMER SUPPORT & EXPERIENCE

Q 45: Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are not possible for retail orders, as they are automatically sent to the design and production team. For bulk orders, we provide a graphical design for your approval before production begins. Once the design is approved, no further modifications can be made.

Q 46: What happens if my chocolates arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging our chocolates. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution.

8. SHIPPING RELATED QUESTIONS:

Q 48: Can I schedule my order for delivery on a specific date?

We ship through courier companies that provide tentative delivery timelines. While we strive to deliver within the given timeframe, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as it depends on the shipping company's schedule.

Q 49: Can I send gifts directly to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can ship orders to multiple addresses at additional packaging and shipping charges. Simply provide the list of addresses, and we’ll take care of the rest. The prices mentioned on the website for bulk orders are for a single destination delivery.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking link.

Q 51: Do you offer express delivery?

We ship by the fastest mode using top courier partners by default. On request, we can try to expedite the order from our end if possible. However, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery but will do our best to accommodate your request.
