Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the USA, UK & UAE on all orders.

Average Lead Time: 5 to 10 days after order confirmation and design approval.

Ensure accurate and complete shipping details, including the recipient's name, correct address, and apartment numbers (if applicable), to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

ChocoCraft is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

- Incorrect or outdated addresses.

- Recipient unavailability.

- Factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or courier delays.

Returns Policy

If unsatisfied with your order upon arrival, contact us at customerservice@chococraft.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

- A detailed description of the issue.

- Photographs as evidence.

Claims made after 24 hours or without proper evidence will not be eligible for a replacement. Replacements are subject to ChocoCraft’s discretion.

Slight variations in chocolate prints are normal due to their edible nature. However, in cases of significant damage, we will re-ship the order at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not offered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they enter the production process immediately.

Changes to Orders

Changes to the shipping address must be communicated immediately after placing the order.

Customization details (e.g., names, photos, messages) cannot be modified after submission.

Mistakes in Final Product

ChocoCraft is not liable for errors in the details provided by the customer (e.g., typos).

If customization details are incorrectly incorporated, we will re-ship the corrected product at no extra cost.
