Message on Butter Paper: You can also give us a message to be printed and placed inside the box. Please note that it is not possible to print emojis and other symbols. Use plain text only.
Please fill the details carefully (name, message and photo). Once the order is confirmed these cannot be changed. The gift will be made exactly as per the design shown.

Chocolate Details

Size of printed chocolate - The shape of the chocolate is heart. The weight of each piece is approx. 13-15 gm
Print on Chocolates - Edible ink is used to print on the chocolates. It is safe for consumption. The chocolates are made from a combination. Top layer is white chocolate while the bottom layer is dark chocolate.
Please note that this is an edible product and print on chocolates might be affected in a few cases. The product will still remain safe for consumption.
Best Before - We recommend that the chocolates be consumed within 3 months.

Shipping / Packaging / Storage Instructions

Delivery - 4-10 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee deliver on a specific date.
Shipping - We ship through reliable third party courier service and we shall share the tracking id with you as soon as the product is picked up. You can then track the shipment online.
Kindly provide an address where someone would be available at all times since our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order. Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays. Redirection to any other address is not possible.
Packaging - The chocolate box is packed properly in thermocol box so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
Storage Instructions - Once you receive the box please keep in a cool and dry place. Ideal temperature below 25 degree celsius. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation and Returns - Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

We offer free shipping to the USA, UK & UAE on all orders.

Average Lead Time: 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

Ensure accurate and complete shipping details, including the recipient's name, correct address, and apartment numbers (if applicable), to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

ChocoCraft is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

- Incorrect or outdated addresses.

- Recipient unavailability.

- Factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or courier delays.

Returns Policy

If unsatisfied with your order upon arrival, contact us at customerservice@chococraft.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

- A detailed description of the issue.

- Photographs as evidence.

Claims made after 24 hours or without proper evidence will not be eligible for a replacement. Replacements are subject to ChocoCraft’s discretion.

Slight variations in chocolate prints are normal due to their edible nature. However, in cases of significant damage, we will re-ship the order at no additional cost.
