The product is a composite. A thin top layer is white coating chocolate where the printing is done with edible ink. The base is premium Belgian chocolate.
Options for chocolate base:
- Dark Chocolate (Callebaut 811): A premium Belgian dark couverture with 54.5% cocoa and 36–37% cocoa butter, offering a rich, balanced cocoa flavor with subtle fruity notes.
- Milk Chocolate (Callebaut 823): A smooth Belgian milk couverture with 33.6% cocoa and 30–31% cocoa butter, featuring creamy caramel notes.
