2. About Our Chocolates
What kind of chocolate do we use
The printed chocolates are made with a combination of a white chocolate top layer and a chocolate base. For the chocolate base we use a blend of dark and milk chocolate. The resulting chocolate has a rich texture and is delicious to taste without being overly sweet. If you like we can make chocolates using only dark chocolate or only milk chocolate.
Printing on chocolates
The prints on chocolates are completely edible and safe for human consumption.The colors used for printing on the chocolates are USFDA approved. We procure the best ingredients used to print on chocolates and they conform to international standards
Shelf Life
We recommend that the chocolates be consumed within 3 months. The date of manufacturing will be mentioned on the packaging.
Storage Instructions
Once you receive the box please keep in a cool and dry place. Ideal temperature is below 30 degree celsius. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
Designing the gift
Logo Files
Please provide your logo in CDR/AI/EPS format for printing. You have the option to upload it while placing the order. You can also email it to info@chococraft.com with your order id.
Designing your order
Once we receive the logo we will create a graphical version of the gift with your details and share it with you.

Corrections/Modifications
Any corrections or modifications will be incorporated. Production on the order will only begin after receiving your approval of the design file.
Shipping & Delivery
How are the boxes packed?
All shipments are packed properly in an insulated box so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
What is the lead time?
Most orders will be delivered in 7-14 days. For very large orders we will communicate the lead time separately.
Cancellations and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Since this is a custom made product cancellation is not possible once production has begun. For more information please refer to our return policy.
